"Conveniently situated staff friendly and helpful, but one fault, they don’t have any idea or information on public transport.The only form of cooking in the microwave nothing else.Coffee machine at €1.20 a bit steep for instant coffee one is better off sitting in a cafe with ground coffee which is proper ground coffee.Bedroom basic and one has to make your own bed, not convenient if you arrive late in the evening. Drying clothing area a bit of a shambles. TV remote not available unless you ask...

"Very kind welcoming family running the place. Very family friendly, the room was very clean and was cleaned daily, the staff was super helpful. (Not great english, but they really make you feel comfortable and welcomed regardless of the language barrier). Food was delicious and there was a bar too! A little far from the city center of bilbao, but completely doable if you rent a car, or maybe figure out the train/metro and the parking was super convenient.
