"First of all the view is amazing! Clean, spacious rooms. There is plenty of space for luggage and any hiking equipment. The heated floors are a nice touch and the large radiator heater gets the room nice and toasty. Having a kitchen is convenient as dining options are limited (and expensive) buy what you need beforehand in Twizel. There is also a laundry which is handy as you'll be getting dirty clothes on your daily hikes. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"Lovely helpful host. Great well appointed unit, spacious and everything we needed. The heaters kept us cosy after we woke to -1 degree in the morning. Thank you for the great user friendly laundry facilities. We felt the hot water system could have been better. The shower was weak and hard to get really hot and we boiled the kettle to wash the dishes."

"The staff were so lovely and kind! The room was a good size for us. Everything we needed. Note that it did say that there was an oven but we were told that there wasn’t in the 2 bedroom room with spa. Glad we checked before hand. The spa was clean and the jets worked well. "
