"Disappointing Stay The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the towels were worn out and threadbare. Breakfast was particularly poor. The hot food was rubbery and chewy, the orange juice tasted bitter, and the coffee machines appeared dirty and poorly maintained. The breakfast staff were unhelpful and rude. There was no one available to seat guests, so finding a table felt like a free-for-all. When larger groups were waiting for a suitable table, staff did not make an effort...

"This hotel location is great, only a short 10 minute walk into Canterbury, and access main roads easily. The breakfasts are very good, fresh and with a wide choice to pick at. The restaurant is well set out, comfortable and very appealing. The menu has a good choice of meals, not too extensive, making choosing easier, and a brilliant dessert list, 😋 We ate here both nights and no complaints what so ever about any of it. 👌 Good bar, nice choice of drinks with comfortable indoor and outdoor...

"The heat was unbearable. Windows didnt open. Superior room was poor. Carpets and rugs filthy, no extras , tap water in a bottle , whuch had beem lying all day before we got there. . . We asked for a different room. Told it was fully booked the car park said otherwise. This hotel hss certainly gone downhill since we started using it years ago. Drinks are extortionate also you have to pay cssh for happy hour bit odd. The car park is mow privately owned snd a hassle to pay and expensive...
