"Ac's in the room weren't working, they couldn't move us to another room. Despite the sign out front saying they had rooms available. Hundreds of dollars to sleep in an 80° room is not a good time."

"I was disappointed with the room. The blanket had stains on it. The bathtub had a disgusting dirty ring around it. In addition the matress was so soft I woke up with a backache. Also at check in the agent says would you like a newer room for $50 additional was basicly telling me my room was old. ..."
