"Staff is always helpful. Pool is always clean. Breakfast Buffet is good"

"Staff were kind, enjoyed food at sports bar and airport shuttle. Breakfast restaurant too expensive and cafe cart did not open until 10am. Bathroom needs better cleaning and no hot water for showering. Place seems it would have been great 10 years ago. Maybe would stay again after remodel."

"As long as you are OK with a hotel super close to the airport where the flight path is directly above your head and very loud at night, this place is wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly, the pool, garden, bar, and lounge areas are wonderful and the shuttle to the airport in the AM made this quick overnight stay smooth. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers (the room shook twice when the mega jets took off, otherwise it’s just loud jet engine noise), but it’s great value for thrifty travellers who don’t mind the sound of planes taking off. I’ll def stay here again as a solo traveller- great room size, comfy bed, great shower and super safe location. Note: they only offer a shuttle from hotel to airport. You need to get to the hotel on your own. Bc taxis have a min spend from the airport, it cost me $20usd to get dropped off here when the hotel is only 500m from the terminal (but you’d have to walk across very busy and unsafe/traffic heavy streets)"
