"New and stylish property. Super comfy beds. Super clean. Hot water. Very comfortable stay. Laundry across the street, grocery store a few meters away as well as gas station. Responsive owners. "

"We were first given a cabin that was very close to the road. The traffic noise, especially early in the morning, was quite loud and made it impossible for us to sleep, even with earplugs. The jacuzzi in that cabin also wasn’t heating properly.
We mentioned this to the host, who responded quickly and moved us to the other cabin that was set a bit farther from the road. Had the second cabin not been available that day, the issues would’ve been dealbreakers and we’d have gone to a hotel.

"Staff was great and very helpful. Place was specific and beautiful. The only reason to hold back on the 5 star rating is the Ants. Due to rain forest the place have some (harmless) ant visitors inside the property otherwise amazing place."

"The pictures do not do this place justice. The units are beautiful, extremely comfortable and were very functional for our family of 5. The staff were exceptionally helpful and communicative and even helped us with recommendations and booking activities."

"Location is about 20–25 minutes from downtown. The space is cozy and suitable for a family of four, and the balcony is very nice.
However, there was an ongoing odor in the room, and the bathroom had a strong smell, which affected our overall comfort. "

"Fabulous experience. if you want the wild/lodge experience but still a staffed hotel with a bunch of services then this is for you! We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! Absolutely recommend. good distance to all the sites/activity but far enough from the tourist trap that is la fortuna!"

"Never again. We had to leave 2 days early and try to find another place on high season for my party of 8 because of over booking.
The service was just terrible. To bad, because the area was great.
