"The hotel was clean and tidy rooms are on the smaller size but were manageable! No aircon or cool areas to sit in made it a little unpleasant during some hot temperatures. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful!"

Secondly when Expedia filters hotels for criteria like airconditioning , they will include a stay that sponsored but no aircon. This is classified as a 3 star hotel. "Monolocale super spazioso, iper tecnologico, ha tutto ciò che serve per alcuni giorni a Berna. A luglio 2026 era parzialmente in ristrutturazione, ma i lavori non creano problemi. Stanza pulita e completa di tutto. A sette minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus 20 che porta in centro. Abbonamento mezzi pubblici regalato dall'Host. Per il check in basta parlare al citofono con l'Host che vi indica il piano e poi vi spiega di persona tutte le funzioni della camera."
