"I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, wheb checking in there were no towels in the room and the safe did not work. When asking to bring us towels, fix the safe, my requests were ignored and one of the receptionists seemed to be ironically smiling when I raised these issues. The next day our room wasn’t cleaned and the issues were still not addressed. The 1 gentleman visiting from the main office was a hospitality professional, kudos to him"

"Avoid at all costs. A false four star hotel, more of a capsule style one to two stars hotel, with inefficient disinterested staff and damaged rooms. Non functional check on computers, a small first come first serve basis shuttle not recommended by the staff and unreliable check in time, kept waiting in the lobby for 6 hours in the lobby until a room was finally made available after four queries and a complaint after the check in time. "We drove and had a parking spot directly outside the front of the hotel. Upon arrival I asked if there was any upgrades to our original room which the hotel accommodated for a small fee. We was blessed with perfected weather and had an excellent view of the lake which made great memories"
