"Likes: nice location close to the train station. clean rooms, nicely maintained. Dislike: no microwave (neither in the room or in the hotel itself), no refrigerator, very cramped, both the sleeping area and the bathroom. also need to walk up a few steps before you get access to the elevator."

"Extremely disappointing experience. We booked two rooms, and both were unacceptable. Upon arrival, we learned there was no air conditioning. The rooms were extremely hot, and we were offered an open window or a portable unit as a solution. The condition of the rooms was also very poor, including stained carpets, dirty floors, and even a spider on the door. We reported the issues to the property, but no alternative rooms were offered. The conditions were bad enough that both of us checked out...
