If you're close to Uvita, check the tide schedule and get down to the beach! Humpback whales raise their young in Marino Bellena as the waters are shallow and warm and they feel safe. Coincidentally, at low tide, the beach forms a "whale's tail" shape, and it's stunning to see.

There is a National Park entrance fee, that I believe was in the $3-6 range for the day.

"1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong. 2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark 3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked 4) no internet provided during our stay. 5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay 6) I have been trying...

"Our stay was absolutely incredible. The property has breathtaking views of both the ocean and the mountains — truly the kind you can’t stop staring at. The restaurant had great food options and amazing cocktails, and everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. The staff was beyond accommodating and helped us book all of our excursions with ease. Housekeeping deserves a special shout-out… they were SO quick and efficient it felt like ninjas snuck in and made everything spotless. Huge thank you to Pablo, Marlon, Marlon 2.0, and Leo for taking such great care of us throughout our entire stay. The villas were extremely clean, private, and quiet — perfect for a honeymoon.
