"The owner was very helpful, he was quick to fix any issues that we would have. He also proposed some nice activities to do and even proposed to make a reservation for us which was very nice. We also asked if we could do the laundry and he proposed to do it for us. He did them and even folded them without us even asking. Overall it was a nice experience the only thing that I would say to people coming here is to not bring a big car because the parking is very awkward and hard to park in. We had...

"Even though the owners are friendly and knowledgeable, the property lacked basic features like hot showers, lack of hanging space in the bathrooms for towels, etc. The place did not feel clean. Requires cash payment which makes it inconvenient in travel."

"Rooms are clean, neat and pretty. There are three bedrooms and enough room for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). The road leading from the main street to the house is narrow, steep, and winding, making driving a bit challenging. A smaller vehicle with four-wheel drive and decent driving skills will be necessary. The location is nice. Just 20-30 minutes to Cartago. We had a good time there!"
