"This resort is amazing and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the bathroom in the room has a permanently open small window. This makes the bathroom extremely humid and uncomfortable. You have to keep the bathroom door closed so that the room does not feel the same."

"This is in a gorgeous setting with the Arenal volcano always very visible. The breakfast buffet each morning was tasty. The grounds were well maintained and were quiet in the evenings, which was great for relaxing and sleeping. The restaurant and bar staff were pleasant. We enjoyed the thermal pools but several were empty."

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning surroundings. The resort is beautifully integrated into the rainforest, offering a peaceful and luxurious escape where nature and comfort exist in perfect harmony. Every morning brought the sounds of tropical birds and wildlife, making it feel as though we were living in the heart of the forest. Our room was exceptional—spacious, beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained. Every amenity had been thoughtfully considered, creating a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The private hot tub was an absolute highlight. Relaxing in the warm water while surrounded by the sights and sounds of the rainforest was an experience we'll never forget. Paradise Hot Springs - Thermal Water & Volcano Views

"My family of 5 enjoyed our 5 night stay here very much. The pools were nice to soak in after a day of hiking, ranging from 80.6 degrees to around 105 I think. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything seemed very clean. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the mornings before starting our day, and ice from the bar to fill our water bottles. We were disappointed that the Ficus coffee bar didn't open until 3, but after about the 3rd day we realized that the bar inside the restaurant served almost all the same drinks and they were open all day. The views of the volcano (in good weather) are spectacular from the rear of the property."

"Our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the swim up bars. The only recommendation for improvement would be to have an adults only area. Even though there is a kids pool, we found that older kids would often come up to the areas of the swim up bars. A place to enjoy a drink and relax without the presence of loud teens would be nice. Other than that, everything was amazing!"
