"The pools are beautiful and clean. There is a variety of heat from very hot to lukewarm to a refreshing cool in the large pool. The grounds are beautiful with flowering plants and lots of birds. The breakfast is really good. Great value for this lodge."

"The Springs Resort and Spa far exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautiful, well maintained and guest friendly. The three staff members we had the most contact with were exceptional, Esteban and Carlos, our golf cart drivers and Saul, our guide at the wildlife sanctuary. Every single staff member we came in contact was friendly and helpful, many going out of their way to assist us. Our arrival was especially great. When the reception staff saw my wife had mobility issues, they immediately offered us a complementary upgrade to a first floor room, which made everything so much nicer for us. We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend the Springs Resort to anyone seeking a fabulous vacation. "

"One of the places that looks the same as in pics and even better. Nice and comfortable room, parking next to the room itself. Location was comfortable - quiet but only 10 minutes from la fortuna. The thermal pool is fun, especially at night. Breakfast is good but the rest is expensive. "

I also really appreciated the 24/7 security—it made me feel safe the entire time. There are several restaurants and places to eat nearby, so grabbing a meal was never an issue. "The rooms were spacious, clean, tidy and beauitful. The housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning and tidying up. The whole property is gorgeous. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast lunch and dinner menus were spot on. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. Cocktails were tasty. The yoga and spa were relaxing. The romantic dinner was excellent! The view - Arenal Volcano was majestic. And the plants - healthy, green and lush. 10/10"
