"Travelled in January with my family of 4 adults. The grounds are expansive and beautifully landscaped and maintained. Check in was smooth and friendly, the desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating, he was able to set up a last minute birthday celebration within minutes of us checking in. The 5 thermal pools were beautiful with at least two of them having a great background view of Arenal volcano for great pictures. The swim up pool bar was very fun, Dilan, our bartender made wonderful drinks. The staff was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. This is a moderately priced resort. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Dinner was ok but there were many options.Most of the rooms, including ours, looked like wood cabins and were comfortable with a lovely porch and rocking chairs. The room was large enough to accommodate our 4 adults with 4 beds. The room was comfortable and the bathroom can benefit from an upgrade. "My family of 4 had such a nice stay at the Arenal Manoa Resort. The grounds are absolutely stunning! The gardens are breathtaking and we enjoyed a lovely view of the volcano from our room. The room was spacious and clean and we received the nicest gift before our departure. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, especially Kevin who took the time to point out the sloths on the property and made sure we got good pictures of them. It was a little chilly during our stay but we still enjoyed the warm pools and hot spring pools. The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious! A huge thank you to the staff for keeping the coffee flowing and for making our stay at Arenal Manoa so enjoyable! Would highly recommend staying at this resort. "
