"The room was way to cold and we could not control the temp. I finally complained and found out that the front desk was in control of the temps. The bed cover was too warm and the mattress was not comfortable. It was too soft with a deep valley in the middle."

"Walls were stained/splattered, shower curtain had a black hand-print on it, ceilings had stains, and A/C leaked into the room. The staff was helpful, the bedding and towels seemed clean, and the price was good."

"Everybody there seemed to like their jobs and my kids had a blast in the pool. The breakfast was your standard continental breakfast, but it was hot and we enjoyed not having to wake up early just to get ready to go out to eat. :) Everything was great overall! Will definitely come back when we visit ..."
