"Beautiful hotel, quiet, with everything you need and soo good breakfast"

"Centrally located in old San Juan lots to walk to in minutes. Faced the inner courtyard so a little noise from rooftop and downstairs lounge was to be expected. Quiet hours 11pm-8am were always upheld though. Clean room and great staff made our stay enjoyable. Thanks to Pedro, Daniel and Josue!"

"This is a beautiful hotel and the double bed room was huge. The decor is very upscale and the rooftop lounge/ hot tub area is amazing. Now for the cons: The parking situation is not ideal. There’s a garage within walking distance but it’s very easy to get turned around in there. We ended up lost trying to find our way back out to the hotel. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. The pillows were completely flat and the mattress was hard as a rock. Do not expect to sleep well...

"I Travel alone for work. For an executive or alone traveler its Ok. Its a small hotel, but very clean, modern and nice decour. For breakfast you have very near (walking), some very nice cafes with local or international food. It’s a bit lonely at night, so it’s better to go out to eat using Uber. The staff's service is very good."

"The first time we stay at the hotel, everything was exceptional, but the second time it was the complete opposite. We had issues with the bathroom in our room, we didn’t have any hot water and subsequently didn’t have any water pressure or water at all. Also, we found hair in our shower. We mention all of this to the employees, but they seem as though they didn’t wanna to help us. One employee even came up to your room, verified everything we found, said she’ll be right back, and to our surprise...

"Simply a perfect Stay. Then room was clean, the A/C worked a little too good at times. The staff was friendly and helpful when you needed them. I did not get to try the pool while I was there but it looks amazing."
