"Stayed here 2 nights for business in Davis. The location is convenient. At first glance, the first floor room was clean. However, the next morning I found a large live cockroach in the bathroom. I told the front desk staff and was able to get a new room on the top floor. He was not apologetic but was quick to issue me a new room. No other compensation was given.
I didn't hear the adjacent rooms, but I'm not sure if anyone was in them. You'll definitely here footsteps from upstairs and the traffic. Parking was $10 for the entire stay.
I didn't bother touching the breakfast after I found the cockroach. Will not be staying here again."
