"We stayed only one night before heading to the ferry for Nantucket. The rooms were affordable, clean and quiet. The staff helpful and friendly. The location is very close to eateries and shopping, within walking distance. The outside deck areas could use a paint job and no elevator to the upper floors, but the staff provided assistance with the bags, so for us not a big deal. I would definitely recommend Hyannis Travel Inn. We would stay here again."

"The first day when we entered the room we noticed the the toilet was dirty, we talked with the front desk and they sent someone to clean, quit disappointing for the first day… the third day they did not clean the room and when we called the front desk they told us that they don’t have to, even in the rules of the resort is clearly written that is a part of the service they are supposed to provide. "We only stayed one quick night, arriving around 9 and having to leave pretty early the next morning, but we wished our stay could have been longer. The motel is charming, front desk staff friendly and accommodating even though we arrived just as the office hours were about to end.
