"Lovely place"

"First visit here. First time I’ve ever chosen to spend a 2nd night. Immediately. This place is amazing and a great value. Property was maintained in a very high state. Amenities are top notch. Location is paradise! Staff was courteous and helpful. Thanks!"

"Staff was helpful and accommodating Was not able to use pool due to so many bugs floating in it. Laundry room had two washers, however, only one worked. Room very clean and large, looked like it has recently been freshend up. Still had some repairs to walls that needed to be painted. Had basic kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the canal."

"A/C was great, I am so happy with the breakfast it is one of the very few hotels that provides this level of service. First time out of state with other people and everything went without a hitch. Staff was always friendly and was able to meet any demand the guests I traveled with had. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the experience. Excellent location in driving distance to the best of Ft. Myers, thank you so much."

"Lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unhelpful. I had paid for my room already, had the receipt, saw the charge on my account but she insisted I hadn't paid. She would not give me my room key and would not get the manager. I was forced to pay again and involve expedia. Expedia contacted the front desk at the hotel and after making them wait (and me) for over 30 mins, told Expedia she was the only one working and too busy to answer their questions.
