"The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tv is too small it needs to be a 65'. The door to the other unit that is not in use needs taken out as the noises from the othe unit is like they are in the same roon with you. The lighting on the side of the building could be better, but all in all it was ok and I would return again. "

The shower drain in our room was broken, leading to standing water, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty and not properly maintained. "There were 3 cars in the lot. Not many lights on. Looked like it was closed. A van with 3 men in it in the lot. Another drove up. They exchanged something and the car left. ????we didn’t even check in. You should not list this property on your sight. HORRIBLE"

"Great place to stay, close to Sanibel and Fort Myers without the price tag. Room was great with separate bedroom area, kitchen with full size fridge freezer and balcony. The best part was breakfast, the ladies who looked after breakfast are excellent, brought freshly baked cookies out each morning and took them round table to table. "Convinient, clean room l, plenty of bath towels, clean and comfy beds, plenty of pillows, clean pool, plenty of parking, well lit at night…next time I would book a pool facing room just for my convenience!!"

"Breakfast was horrible scrambled eggs everyday toaster didn’t work. Cereal no bowls available. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. They advertised a hot breakfast. We never saw anyone else come in for breakfast. Expedia messed up our reservations. We stayed because it was convenient for where we needed to be."

"Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, wir hatten aber eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, anscheinend kommen die aber in Fort Myers häufig vor. Man kann sich kostenlos Fahrräder und Kajaks oder SUPs ausleihen (Fahrräder sind eher eine Zumutung). Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, Parkplatz ist genug vorhanden. "The room was very clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and even texted to check to see how things were going and if I needed anything. Breakfast was good. I liked the buffet best only due to limited food sources I can eat myself. The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Plenty of seating and always very clean. I would stay again and highly recommend."

"This is an extended-stay hotel for locals, not for tourists expecting complimentary breakfast and a swimming pool. The "no guns allowed" sign at the front entrance and the tattoo-sleeved receptionist were emblematic of the establishment. One highlight of our stay was two enormous but friendly sheriffs deputies in the lobby on Saturday night. On the plus side: the beds, pillows and sheets were first class. Best night's sleep ever!"
