"No towels at all for four days even after telling staff. Roaches galore, very outdated needs lots of updating. Kitchenette but no pots, pans, dishes. Holes in the walls of the tub, carpet very old with lots of old old stands and stuff stuck in it. I wouldn't stay again. "

"The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. The clear misrepresentation in advertising really is ticking me off. I guess I will vote with my feet and add holiday in to my list of never again"

"Le parfum en entrant dans la chambre trop fort. Tous les meubles et accessoires étaient collants, la Tv avait des lignes de couleurs , porte de la salle bain magané. Le déjeuner : aucun jus orange ni de pomme, juste 3 choix de céréales sucré et un pain, juste des pommes, les cups de beurre presque tous ouverts, petits muffins humides. En bref, dégueulasse sur une banquette tout croche. Ah oui...une machine à crêpe qui s'est brisé. Il m'a fallut demander à la réceptionniste pour avoir de l'aide. Le sirop est à même la grosse bouteille que les gens se passe."
