"Upon check in we found that the screen door to the patio was not on the track and the bottom of the screen was torn. The next morning the ceiling was leaking water from the unit above into our bathroom and the ceiling tiles were ready to burst as they were filled with water. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for.
