Very welcoming staff, fantastic apartment, amazing view. We loved it.

Great location right on York Beach. Rooms are accessible from the car park if you are on the ground floor. Room is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a tad on the small side but shower was good. I would definitely stay here again no hesitation.

Beautiful location with excellent facilities and access to the beach and a pool. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel like this. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Would highly recommend.

Really loved the location, a moments walk away from Marginal Way and a brief stroll into the town centre. Fast check in / check out, and very very comfortable beds!! Enjoyed having the extra room in the living room to keep all of our luggage. The toaster and microwave was a nice bonus too. Room was spotlessly clean, it wasn’t the most modern decor but that wasn’t a problem as you could tell the hotel is extremely well looked after.

Perfect stay - large, great standard rooms with everything you may need i.e. hairdryer, iron, fridge. Fun outside changes available which was a great little find when walking through the car park on our way out for food (which is about a 5-10 minute walk down the road).

A lovely hotel in an amazing location. We arrived after a horrendous journey in pouring rain but The Beach House was our port in a storm! Although our room had a 'residential view' it was clean and comfortable. Afternoon tea was being served which was so welcome after a stressful journey. When the rain stopped we were able to stroll along the beach and return to cheese and biscuits and a glass of port. Advice from the staff on where to eat that night resulted in a lovely meal of Maine lobster....

The hotel is conveniently situated near a grocery store which is really useful for stocking up on essentials for the rest of our trip. The hotel is just a short drive from the coast and was a great stopping off point on our journey to northern Maine. The breakfast area got quite busy and seems fairly small for a hotel of this size. Breakfast consisted of some scrambled egg, breakfast potatoes but both of these were cold so I sadly threw these away, prepacked pastries, yogurt from a dispenser, a...

Great venue. Clean, tidy, spacious and all the amenities you could ask for. Great location as well, nice and quiet but not too far from local services.
