"The property was clean and well-maintained, the room was absolutely beautiful and big, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were super appreciated and I hadn’t seen that before (I don’t travel often, but still). The woman working the night shift at the front desk, Brianna, was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. So kind, personable, and helpful, we loved her so much.

"They overbooked and instead of giving me two queen beds, they gave me a king and pull out bed. Which at first was fine. It was 4 of us. When we went into our ur room and tried to pull out the bed, it was really dirty and we decided to not use the pull out bed. Plus there were no extra sheets for the bed and there were no extra two towels. As we were leaving for the afternoon for a concert i let the staff know and they promised they will give us extra sheets and extra towels while we were gone....
