"While Cape Town itself was wonderful and the food at the hotel was quite good, the overall service fell well short of expectations. Throughout my stay, I constantly had to track down basic amenities and follow up on requests. Service in the restaurant was consistently slow, and on one occasion, I sat waiting for a menu for quite a while, only to be told the staff didn't realize I was there—despite having been acknowledged by a team member when I sat down.
