"Didn't think it was very clean. Room was small. Check in was crazy as our phones would not work and no one to talk to. Worked out there was a sister hostel and they were great sorted us out in no time. Can't rely on phones to check in guys. overpriced considering all the other better places we've stayed at in the last 3 weeks in Oz. "

"VERY LOUD! The cleaners DO NOT CLEAN and they aren't very friendly at all. The front desk is ok... but they definitely do the bare minimum. The amenities are fun but they have music playing so loud starting in the middle of the afternoon you can't even have a conversation by the pool. Definitely not worth the price"

"I really enjoyed my stay hear, it was very clean and quite. The Staff was very welcoming and helpful especially Zenon he was very helpful at recommending activities to do around the area and overall a great person to have a conversation with. The other staff were really helpful as well. I definitely would stay here again if ever find myself in Cairns."

"The internet worked well. The kitchen was somewhat equipped, some things were missing or broken and the fridge was completely full with old residents food so there was barely any room to put anything. The place was fine and mostly clean until people are gross and shave their beard over the sink and leave hair everywhere, don’t be that person. My recommendation if you plan to cook is to buy a sponge, containers, and an all purpose seasoning. The only seasonings in the kitchen were seasonings...
