"We stayed on the first floor with a pool view. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The resort was quite and the parking was convenient. Bed was large and comfy. The shower was great! I love a dual bath shower. Thankyou ☺️"

"Fitzroy resort has been around for a long time and it is showing. The island is stunning and the staff are lovely, but there is wear and tear that has not been fixed for years. The pool has damaged tiles I've seen since before Covid, and a lot of the furniture is stained. Our island suite had a great view, but the sofa bed was stained and smelly when we pulled it out to stretch and relax to watch TV. I have previously had great food at Zephyr, but the lunch on Friday had pork so tough it was...

"Our room was pretty rundown, the fridge was old and noisy. Cracked batch room sink and the kitchenette bench was cracked and fixed with tape that was old and black. Chips on the walls and the balcony was dusty and with spiderwebs. The hotel is also far from the village and all restaurants and shops. You have to drive to get everywhere so not convenient if you want to be close to everything."

"I can't fault the location or the staff. They were great. But the bathroom was tiny and not terribly well maintained, the room was dated with uncomfortable furniture and the bed was pretty uncomfortable too. There are cheaper places with much nicer rooms only a little further from the CBD."

"I stayed for 5 nights. Very convenient location, spacious, clean room with coffee pods and machine, electric kettle, fridge, nice bathroom with spare toiletries, robes, safe, table and couch, and nice balcony. Did not try the food, but overall had a lovely stay!"
