"This is a fairly new and large hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room suite was a good size with a separate Kitchen/Living area and bedroom. Room was not cleaned the first night we stayed, even though no sign was left on the door to indicate cleaning was not required. Given the nightly room rate, this was totally unacceptable. After a discussion with Front Desk staff, they noted the situation and a manager called the next day to arrange a specific cleaning time.

"This is an older property that will apparently be renovated. It definitely needs it. Although the location is nice, at the moment, it’s not worth the price.
Access to the check in lobby is awkward and confusing. After a couple u turns on the street, I finally figured out I had to go into the public parkade, then take an elevator to the lobby. Good location when you come off the ferry late. Overall okay."
