The staff at the resort were amazing!
The minute we checked in we were greeted by Emanuel who did an incredible job at showcasing the hotel’s services, the best places to eat, and the must see spots around the island. In addition throughout our stay, Emanuel was always open to helping us with any kind of conveniences include laundry and dining reservations.
Whenever we ate at the restaurant at the resort we had an amazing server name Neli. She is probably the kindest server my wife and I have ever seen. To add, she always made sure our drink glasses were always full and our orders were on time and delicious.
Thirdly, Mario who was another hotel concierge, was extremely friendly, he upgraded our room in order to make our honeymoon even more special! He also was very friendly in answering many of my silly questions about places to eat and my reservations.
Finally, the hotel has a driver named Buddiua, he was always available to drive us to the Capri town square and the marina grande port. In addition, he is extremely professional and friendly. If you call the hotel to pick you up, he will be there in 3 minutes.
