"First impressions when we arrived, was that the hotel was in an uninviting area. We had to push a few door bells and it was all automated opening. It felt a bit too easy to get in to the building, which raised concerns about security. When we got to the room it was nicely set-up for our toddler, and a spacious place. During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time. We experienced moments of pure panic, so much so that we considered calling the fire department, fearing we wouldn't be able to get out in an emergency....

"Perfect for 1 person like myself. About 20 minutes from Porta Nueva Train station. Some supermarkets and shops nearby. Has everything you need for a short stay. Staff provided easy and clear instructions to get into the property as well as some information for what's nearby for food and breakfast etc. Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy. "
