"Unfortunately, the noreaster affected our plans and the roads were flooded and couldn't do much. It was nice to have a nice clean hotel, great breakfast, and a nice clean pool and hottub to take advantage of."

"Another fabulous stay at Key West Cottages! Great service, spacious cottages, great location, clean and super cute! What more can you ask for!"

"Was told I received a complimentary upgrade at check-in when I originally booked a room with a King and our so called “complimentary upgrade” was a room with two queens. I would’ve complained had we not stayed in places with separate beds before. There was a wedding party there and when they returned after the wedding in the evening, they were quite drunk and disorderly yelling through the halls. The walls were very thin. Could hear our neighbors consistently. Was disappointed that the floors...

"This was the fifth Hampton Inn my wife and I have stayed in the past two weeks. No holds barred, the Chincoteague Hampton Inn was the nicest and best hotel. It was like being at home. I would definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful, relaxing, down home comfort"

"Great location, super friendly staff, definitely some upgrades were made, and we would stay here again! Staff recommended Ray’s Shanty for dinner, and we are so glad that we made the drive south."

"Checked out of property after one night due to severe storm predicted. Manager refused to refund the next two nights fee paid in advance. Property was somewhat adequate but old and needed significant updating. Couldn’t use the only amenity which was the pool as it wasn’t heated and weather was too poor."

"This hotel has been thoughtfully updated, and our room was comfortably planned and furnished. The simple breakfast was surprisingly varied, considering the size of the hotel, and the staff were friendly and very supportive. The hotel is close to the entrance to the National Wildlife Refuge, and has the Museum of Chincoteague Island on one side, and the Blackfin restaurant on the other. I’m almost cringing at the thought of others being there when we want to go …. but they deserve all the...

"I liked it. Cheap and quiet. Perfect location!"

"It was very clean, and nice area"

"Loved it…what a fun experience!"

"The staff on duty were wonderful"

"This is an older mom&pop type motel, one story, quiet setting and very convenient to town, beach, etc. Feels like old school Chincoteague. It is in process of some updating with new owners. Bed is comfortable, nice TV with an on screen guide. No vending machines (snacks), no daily housekeeping altho linen exchange is easy."

"Excelente lugar limpieza buena Lo único el agua de la dicha y lavamano tenía un fuerte olor a moho.."
