"Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! "

The hotel is full of light and you'll be mesmerized by waking up with the azure of the sky and the Mediterranean Sea in front of view, enchanted by the reflection of the sunshine. "At first, I thought I had made the wrong decision when I saw the building from the outside. But once I entered the room, I realized it had everything I needed. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet, with plenty of parking available. While Isla Ortigia was a bit far to walk, most other points of interest were within a 2 km radius. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay!"

"Spacious clean room! Mine was street facing and super quiet with windows fully shut. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but the staff held my luggage until my room was ready, gave recommendations and was convenient to many shops and restaurants. "

Our fourth floor room was wonderful- but a little too challenging for carrying bags up the stairs! Narrow and steep. There was lemonade to be made from lemons - there was a beautiful, large terrace exclusively for us.
Manuela was exceptionally helpful. She sat down and mapped all the charms of Ortigia. Her weekend replacement was lovely.
The B & B offers a wonderful breakfast for 10 euros. Enough for 2. "

"Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do. "

The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother...
"Everything was excellent. I didn't give five stars for the area around the property because it is currently undergoing renovations so we had to walk the longer way round to reach Isola di Ortigia (about twenty minutes). It will be perfect once the promenade is completed. There is a little sandy beach five minutes walk from the hotel that nobody seems to know about. We were one of only two other couples there so we pretty much had it to ourselves. "
