"Great helpful staff in a park like setting"

"If you want to visit this area, it is one of your only options. It is a beautiful location and the staff was helpful. It looks beautiful but it is really run down. We did appreciate hot water and you can see that they are trying to make some improvements. Never the less, the pictures are still very misleading. Expedia and other sites need to do a better job of removing these locations from their listings. I knew ahead of time that it wasn't going to be like the pictures but there are some...

"This was a nice beachfront property with a short walk and entry fee to Cloud9. The pool was great, air con in the room was cold and staff were friendly."

"Well maintained and quite. Restaurant was convenient and good. Pool was very nice. Great location as well. I will stay here again next trip."

"This is my ONLY go to places to stay in Butuan. Why? Its connected to the mall. I travel in by bus and the terminal is next to the Robinson's mall in which the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors. Check in lobby is in the first floor. With kids, this is the most convenient way to travel. The staff are ALWAYS courteous and professional. The rooms are what we need to get away from the provincial life. The accessible mall is wonderful, plenty of places to shop and eat and for our one night...

"The staff was polite clean and the owner was nice"

"Most beautiful, modern, well maintained stay I've had in the Philippines. A tropical paradise, crystal blue pool, big plants, gorgeous design. Will stay again next trip to Siargao."

"3/5 Stars — Great location and essentials, but needs maintenance Pros: Excellent Location: The position of the resort on the beach is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay Working Conveniences: The air conditioning worked well, and having consistent hot water was a major plus. Cons: Poor Shower & Bathroom Issues: The shower itself was very disappointing. Most of the nozzles on the shower head were blocked or broken, leaving only a few nozzles actually working, which made for a...

" Very loud music from property next door until after midnight, followed by morning construction activity at the property (8 a.m.). This happened mid-week. Property was listed as quiet on the website, and it is not. I had booked four days and pre-paid on the Expedia website and checked out after one night, and was assured by the front desk that a credit would be forthcoming for three nights. Two weeks later, and repeated attempts at contacting property met with radio silence. If you want a party...

"Loved my stay at Happiness Beach Resort. They were nice enough to change my room when my room had water piping issues. The staff always answered my messages and call when I had issues in the room. "
