"Top staff, from the cleaning lady to the restaurant personnel to the reception: outstanding, kind, sweet and really helpful. The personnel made us feel at home"

"Posto facile ,da trovare e molto tranquillo"

"Hôtel conforme à sa description, très propre, personnel aimable et très à l’écoute, déjeuner très bon et varié."

"Das Personal is sehr freundlich"

"The owners were charming and very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist lacked customer service skills. She was not particularly friendly and said nothing to us on checkout, like “have a nice trip” or “we hope you enjoyed your stay.” That was our only disappointment. The dinner was fabulous and the kitchen staff were very responsive."

"Ottima colazione, bella piscina"

"Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Gute Aufteilung und genügend Platz. Frühstück war sehr gut."

"I liked the staff they were all very nice and the hotel is very pretty. I will say my room smelled like a meat plate and I think it’s cause of the wall decor paneling in the room. Breakfast was okay, came down to eat an hour before breakfast ended and an hour after it opened, everything was pretty cold but still good with variety. 4 stars because of the room smell and a couple mosquitos were in my room and bit my face, not sure how they made it to my room on level 4 but hotel was pretty. Parking...

"Excellent hotel, excllent room, excellent decorations and lovely staff specially the gentleman taking caare of the breakfast. Great breakfast in a very nicely designed area ( I'll attach pictures of the breakfast room). This hotel had everything we needed and they thought of everything. Thank you so much! I highly recommend, specially if you drive and dont have to board 2 trains to get to central Milan."

"The Square is located at a great spot. It is easy to walk to most main attractions within 15-20 minutes. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was top notch in terms of quality and range of offers. Due to the location you can constantly hear the trams passing through the cobble stone roads but for some reason, I slept very well. Though the booking mentioned breakfast for a fee, it was offered for free. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the rooftop bar and restaurant but I’m...

"The hotel was nice and very well maintained. The room was very clean and had a good view of the courtyard area. The size of the room was adequate. The hotel is in a very good area for walking to the shopping area and was 5 minutes from the Duomo. We loved going to the Happy Hour prior to going out to heat. The buffet breakfast had a very nice selection, and the staff was extremely helpful. If we go back, we will definitely look for this hotel to stay again."

"Breakfast waa lovely, there was a great choice. Hotel in a lovely area with lovely resturants & Bars. Hotel room had loose fitting plug socket, No aircon! Room was very hot.Water splash marks on shower screen and tiles, cracked shower tray. Hotel is marked as a 4 star, we felt it was more of a 3 star."
