"I booked a suite via Expedia for this property. When I got there, my room was not a suite. When I spoke to the front desk, they claimed that all of their rooms were suites. When I showed her a picture of what I was expecting (a room with a pull out couch), she still said what I had was a suite (it was a regular room with no couch). She then blamed me for using Expedia. I was charged extra to get what I had already booked. I tried to call the corporate office. They told me to go back to...

"Do not book through third parties. Book directly to avoid hidden fees. I was charged an additional $250 for Resort Fees, about 8 different Taxes, and a daily donation to the national forest!!!!??? I thought donations were my choice??!!! Other than that the place is ok and in the best location, but I’m too mad to remember anything good to say. "
