"Very spacious, clean, air-conditioned, close to the Cité. Elevator and parking. Part of a senior housing of some sort but that didn’t take away from the space whatsoever."

"We arrived in Carcassonne on a beautiful sunny day, the hotel is beautiful, and perfectly located just a very short walk from the city walls. We checked in and Stefan was wonderful, we had issues with our car, he rang a local garage and even got us booked in. Our room was stunning with extremely comfortable bed - we had a room with the hot tub, which was perfect temperature, we ended up staying an extra night while the car was being fixed, which gave us the opportunity to explore the old town...

"Close to center of town and also to the castle. Both a short walk, parking can be challenging so leave your car and just walk from your stay. Breakfast included, and host Catherine was super helpful with our heavy luggage."

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in the walled city. The hotel is in an amazing 1920’s design, very stylish and elegant. Saying that the bathrooms could be overhauled, fresh paint and plumbing. "Beautiful hotel and property right next to la cite, but away from the crowds. Rooms were very clean and chic with excellent air conditioning. The pool was the highlight. Lots of sun loungers, perfect for a hot afternoon."

"We only stayed one night so the room was adequate given the short stay. The room seemed very dated and small. The shower worked just fine was a little small and slippery for my standards. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the ac was a blessing. The furniture in the rest of the building was beautiful but our room not too great."

"This hotel is not for luxury travellers, but it's clean, the staff is excellent, and it's close to the airport. The parking lot is secured overnight by a gate (they give guests the code), and although the rooms are small, they have everything you need. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains that work better than any I've ever had before. I would definitely stay here again."
