Habitación impresionante con terraza y vistas a la cité. Piscina climatizada con las mismas vistas. Bar y Restaurante en última planta con muy buenas vistas. Atención muy buena en recepción tanto a la entrada como a la salida (misma persona). Aparcamiento gratuito al lado. De todas formas, tienen parking subterráneo con acceso desde el mismo hotel. Hablan español. Buen desayuno. Un 10.

Optamos por esse hotel justamente por twr uma piscina fechada, em detrimento de outros que possuiam piscina exterior, já que era inverno. No entanto, a piscina estava fechada por ser inverno, o que não faz sentido pois tive acesso brevemente ao espaço e a água estava quente. No fim, pagamos por algo que não pudemos utilizar.

L’hôtel est face à la cité médiévale. Mention spéciale pour la salle des petits déjeuners avec une vue magnifique et la décoration de tout l’hôtel : design, moderne, originale. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la salle de bains…et sa petite taille car pas beaucoup d’espace pour poser ses affaires. Mais la chambre était spacieuse, confortable et la literie top. Nous reviendrons et recommanderons cet hôtel car en plus le rapport qualité prix est très bien et le petit déjeuner est parfait!!! 👍

Teníamos 2 habitaciones, 1 todo bien, pero la otra fatal. Tenía las puertas golpeadas, la calefacción hacia ruido todo el tiempo, no se ha podido poner el tapón de la ducha ni orientarla. En fin, supongo que es cuestión de suerte 🍀. La orientación del hotel es bueno para acceder tanto al castillo como al centro. Ahhh y si el habitáculo del váter es minúsculo.

El hotel, en general está bien. En las habitaciones dobles normales el wc es extremadamente pequeño, es un habitaculo de escasamente 1m cuadrado, lo que digiculta enormemente cualquier accion. La limpieza es justa, habia zonas con polvo acumulado de varios dias.

Claustrophobia toilet!!
Lovely hotel in a great location. The breakfast was very good with fresh produce and a great choice. I would give the hotel 10/10 except for the toilet. The bathroom and toilet are separate which is a great idea except the toilet was basically in a cupboard. When I sat on the toilet my knees were up against the door and the only way I could comfortably use the toilet was to leave the door open. I am not tall only 5 foot 6 but it was impossible to use the toilet with the door closed. It was the most claustrophobic one I have ever been in. Whoever designed the toilet should be sacked, it is only suitable for little people. This is my only gripe with the hotel, everything else was perfect, beds were very comfortable.

Fausse publicité car photos sur le site non-représentatives de la chambre 118 octroyée. Insonorisation pauvre car j'entendais quand les rideaux étaient tirés dans la chambre 120. Chambre avec lampadaire allumé toute la nuit. Balcon Juliette sans table et chaises contrairement aux photos du site. Les rideaux ne s'ouvrent pas de gauche à droite que de droite à gauche avec le fameux lampadaire illuminant ainsi la chambre. J'ai réservé cette chambre très tôt plus ou moins en mars, peut-être avril et je crois que j'ai eu la pire chambre de l'hôtel... Je suis immensément déçue par cette chambre et le montant payé... Je ne recommande pas...
