The hotel staff are friendly and most helpful. The pool area is well cared for, cleaned every day. The hotel is clean and cared for, the maintanence man arrived promptly for any queries.
The breakfast room has wonderful views, food very good, plenty of choice.
It is so disappointing the hotel does not serve dinner and we had to...

"Os funcionários foram simpáticos, mas, um pouco desorientados. Checkin e checkout um tanto confuso. Não encontravam a reserva, quando encontraram disseram que não estava pago, quando já estava.
As roupas das camas tinham cabelos, já tinham sido usadas anteriormente e com não lhe pareceram estar muito mal, nem mudaram.

"The main part of the hotel is loaded in the 16th century Palace. There were no heirs when the last owner died. He left it to the city and they’ve added two extensions to the palace, which are wonderful views all with balconies… there were only 88 rooms in this hotel. It looks like there could be 300 but they did it so everyone has a balcony and could look out.!!! the staff were great!! Jessica and Caterina especially. The check-in was quick. I asked for an upgrade it happened the next day…....

"Great location, right by the Arc & plenty of restaurants around; great overall energy in the area. Staff was very polite & helpful...
Room was quite small and super cramped...ceilings were low and bathroom super tight. AC wouldn't cool adequately. We were traveling with luggage and top floor does not have lift access...
Again, wonderful service & location- but wasn't very happy with the room..."
