Staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean and had great view towards Matterhorn. And super close to the train station.

This place was amazing! They went above and beyond to make things special while I was here proposing to my now fiancé. They had every amenity you could think of, and even ones that you couldn't (ie. a mini taxi to take you to/from the hotel and train station at no cost). Also, everything was in walking ...
