"The check-in process was a little long but not inconvenient, there was no hairdryer -which is standard in most places. We stayed one night just so we didn’t have to drive the 2 hours to margate at 7am.. it’s very basic for a hotel. I’ve slept on floors that were softer than those beds.. it was a rock and very uncomfortable. I would not go back."

"The Borgata was a great resort, plenty to do. Outdoor pool and hot tub the best. Beautiful. Our room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was extremely big and the shower was so relaxing after a busy day. The staff also were very helpful and friendly. We went as a family with our two teenage children and we can’t wait to come back. The metropolitan for breakfast was delicious and the food court had many great choices for everyone."

"I know the hotel was renovated, but still felt dated. 1st room we were assigned, a roach came crawling out the mini fridge. Went straight to the lobby to inform them but had to wait about 15 mins before someone came to the front. We were there for a basketball tournament at the convention center. I don’t want to bad mouth the place but it was ok after we got a new room. Would I stay here again? Only if I had to."

"This hotel is on Black Horse Pike and it is the nicest hotel in this area. The check in process was quick and the attendant was extremely efficient. I had called down twice before since I had to book two separate reservations and the attendant was very helpful and knew exactly how to fix my issue. Our room was on the sixth floor and it was quite nice. There was a safe, microwave, a mini fridge and a Keurig as well. I will say the morning breakfast area was crowded but the hotel was very busy...

"Super long check in line (aprox 1 hour). Pools were not open at the time stated due to "not enough staff." Pool was extremely dirty when we went. When asking about extended time to check out they were fast to reply, but when they staed we would have to be back to the check out before 11 to get a new card (which did not work for us) they stopped responding and charged us anyways."

"I got everything that I ordered or requested for my room prior to me arriving when speaking with the front desk they were helpful. Everything worked. It is an older building so things are going to be a bit worn out, but I had absolutely no issues and there was breakfast there was not a big selection, but it’s still better than one of those grabbing go bars so I was still happy."
