Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. "I went to front desk to ask for an extra towel, staff member seemed bothered I asked, went to laundry room where I seen a stack of clean towels but was told they didn’t have any extra, water bubbled out of bathroom sink in the middle of the night and the sign was burnt out making it difficult to find the hotel at night"

"Very nice property right off the highway and by all kinds of food places and gas stations. The staff area always very nice at the front desk. I've stayed here before and will continue to when I pass through Effingham. The breakfast options were very nice with hot and cold options. I appreciate this hotel allows dogs as I travel sometimes with 2 small dogs."
