"Great place to stay in Findlay"

"Check in was a nightmare. Staff was slow but courteous. Spoke with heavy accents and had minimal communication skills. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. No help figuring out how to get anywhere or even get a cup of coffee - no signs, just had to walk around and find stuff in your own."

"The exterior of the hotel looks worn out but is very clean, and the room was amazing, brand new furniture and crisp white linens, fresh clean smell and beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised and we did choose this hotel because of the excellent rating and low price. We will surely come back on our next road trip from Canada on I-75S!"

"The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. The parking was horrible because all the doors were broken besides the front lobby door. It was very annoying carrying bags from the opposite end of the hotel to go through the single door when exterior doors were right next to our room. There was good shower pressure, but the water never got warm. It was a cold shower for sure."

"I have stayed here many times. I have family living in Findlay and in Tiffin. This is a great location that allows me minimal driving to visit family in both cities. EVERY time I have stayed here it has been very clean, quiet and the staff are super friendly. The beds are comfortable with comforters that actually have weight and comfort to them unlike some of the higher end hotels. The lobby area has great seating and lighting for playing games. I LOVE staying here. Oh...and did I mention...

"Our visit was very nice. The staff was very professional and friendly. Ben was especially kind and helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast on our second morning was delicious. The room fit our family of six perfectly. Our room was clean, but, I would say it could use some updating. Nothing truly bad about the room - but the rugs could go and the shower/toilet seemed to struggle. Again, nothing that would change my mind about staying there again – just something to note....

"I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!"

"No AC in the fitness center. Was charged unexpected money for taxes and cleaning fees. Check-in staff made me feel unwelcomed; and that I was more of a hinderance than a welcomed guest. Staff smoked outside in front of the entranceway. Neither water nor coffee was provided in the morning. Room was extremely clean, and it felt safe, on a positive side."

"There was a very strong irritating smell throughout the building. Maybe cleaning supplies? The tv in our room cut off after approx. 20 - 30 min. each time we tried watching it."

"Did not want road bicycle in room until we insisted. (Bags were attached) Room and bathroom were not very clean, room smelled very bad, ac not working the greatest, hairdryer did not work, desk manager was nice but felt we were being watched on every move in & out of the room. Used the washer & was questioned what we were washing (lightweight cycling clothing). Probably will not be back."
