"The hotel provides excellent service, and I am thoroughly satisfied with my stay. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only issue I encountered was with the laundry facilities. The coin-operated washers and dryers were not functioning properly, which was inconvenient. I would recommend that the hotel consider replacing the coin-operated laundry machines with a card payment system. It would be more convenient for guests and could help avoid issues with coins...

"No coffeemaker, small microwave and refrigerator that is tucked into a corner next to bathroom sink. No hot water for sink only warm. Good mattress for sleeping and air conditioner was new with good climate control. Clean vinyl floors, little storage for clothes. No alarm clock, use your cell phone. Clean towels and bed sheets. Cheap price for 2 nights at $85 per night. Close to shopping and they have coffee and bagels in hotel lobby."

"Second year here. Being one of the cheapest hotels in OC (or atleast when I booked) it is great for the price. We had a very clean room with a good variety of breakfast items. There was a pool, arcade, gym, and computer. Kind staff"

We are seniors and the location is perfect-- just far enough to walk to the Inlet and pretty quiet and family oriented.. "Unexpectedly nicer than I anticipated. I hadn't stayed in a Howard Johnsons in decades as the brand always reminded of the original.motel days. This property, located right on the Boardwalk and beach with great views of the ocean did not disappoint. The rooms were large, clean, modern and quiet.
