"Great staff we had problems with another hotel in the area due to cleanliness I contacted them and they helped get us in the room early so we could leave the bad hotel sooner. Super friendly super clean place. Nice staff and good drinks by the pool. The breakfast was delicious as well "

"Front desk...Naidelin... Very friendly and helpful, so sweet...Dexon... Bartender and waiter... He went above and beyond! Deyver also helped us out so much! The only thing I wasn't happy with is when it's all inclusive , you pay for it... It does not include everything it's limited! The resort is beautiful.The animals are plentiful... and so cool... Keep an eye out for the colorfull poisonous frogs! Beautiful... Food and drink are really good also... It's nice that they have the separate...

"It’s a wonderful property with beautiful green lush gardens on the beach. The positive energy in this hotel is not something you can buy and they have it. It’s very relaxing and fun place to be. Will gladly go back again. Breakfast was delicious and with many options and the room we stayed as was very comfortable.
