"From the time we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming, several made a point of introducing themselves. Breakfast until 10 am was included in the room. There was a great ocean view from the restaurant, where it was possible to eat inside or outside. The infinity pool was in front of the restaurant. Valet parking was included in the room cost and was a requirement. They were always very fast in bringing the car around. Our major downside was when our camera was left in the restaurant...

"First time visitors to Jarabacoa and I cannot be happier with our hotel selection. The staff is there to greet you in the lobby, the cleaning ladies are very sweet and attentive. The breakfast crew was always on point as well as the service in the pool. Dinner I suggest you do early bc the kitchen can get busy since patrons outside of the hotel are allowed to come by to eat. The cleanliness there is top notch, I wish they had a fitness room but they had some tennis courts available for use....

"Customer service could be better. Staffed are definitely overworked another reason why their customer service is not great because the employees are overwhelmed. Room was not cleaned properly upon arrival at check in. Had to request clean towels to our room daily even though housekeeping would pass by. Walk paths are super dark no lighting at night. Food at buffet had flies over it , was not always fresh. Food at the restaurants was a bit below average. The pools were the most positive thing of...
