"We travel to Santiago de Los caballeros from New Jersey. The hotel is in a very central area,very safe there are two malls near by. My daughter has autism and the staff was very accommodating,friendly and helpful The pool is amazing we spend two days just relaxing by pool,we love it so much that we had all our dinners at the restaurant el sazon located inside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back!"

"First time visitors to Jarabacoa and I cannot be happier with our hotel selection. The staff is there to greet you in the lobby, the cleaning ladies are very sweet and attentive. The breakfast crew was always on point as well as the service in the pool. Dinner I suggest you do early bc the kitchen can get busy since patrons outside of the hotel are allowed to come by to eat. The cleanliness there is top notch, I wish they had a fitness room but they had some tennis courts available for use....

"From the time we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming, several made a point of introducing themselves. Breakfast until 10 am was included in the room. There was a great ocean view from the restaurant, where it was possible to eat inside or outside. The infinity pool was in front of the restaurant. Valet parking was included in the room cost and was a requirement. They were always very fast in bringing the car around. Our major downside was when our camera was left in the restaurant...
