"Easy walk to restaurants, sea and groceries. Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again. "
"We have stayed at the Hotel Villa Rivoli twice now, once in 2016 and once recently in July 2025. Both times, the service has been excellent. We especially loved the beautiful rooms and the great breakfast on offer. The small garden area is lovely and the hotel does not feel overcrowded. It is very convenient to walk around Nice from this location. Our children loved it as well. "

"We had a family room. Queen with two twin beds and it was over the top perfect and our best stay in Europe. Beautiful. Spacious. North American in style and comfort. Great stay. "
"Great place that you won't regret. I will definitely come back if I return to Nice. My only suggestion for the place is that they need to be stricter with kids running around the property. There was a family that had multiple rooms and kids and they would allow the kids to run back and fourth around the rooms at 7 AM. Kids need to run but that early the staff need to step up."
"This hotel is very central and close to many shops and restaurants. I love the modernness of the rooms and even the ease of access to the rooms/hallways via access codes. Very nice! I enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Despite the lack of elevators, the 2nd floor is not a bad walk up and the receptionists were very helpful in assisting you with your luggage. "
