"The state of the room and bathroom is horrible—hair, mold, yellowed towels, and a bad odor in the room suggesting it isn't being cleaned. It smells musty; they really need to either renovate the entire hotel or hire a better cleaning company."

"We stayed here after hiking Carlsbad Caverns and one of our favorite places to stay on our trip. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and staff was great. Great location! Easy to walk to couple fast food options, but close to everything. Good food options nearby, easy to drive to and out of here."
