"The staff helped me book 4 rooms for a group and facilitated the payment and assignment of rooms. The room was so comfortable and clean. The lobby is set up so a Royo can spend time together. The Common Man and the cafe were right in the building which was convenient. We ate at several excellent restaurants within walking distance. A very enjoyable stay."

My refrigerator wouldn’t open because it wasn’t made for the cabinet they put it in so the door couldn’t open because the hinge kept blocking it. There’s no elevators and only one entrance to the building and my room was on the second floor on the opposite end from where you enter the building. It took forever to...

"The issue I ran into was brown water coming out of the faucets on the last day I was there. I was told that there was some kind of maintenance going on (no warning given to the guests) and that the water was fine, but I did not trust it. That issue should have been handled better."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was sufficient. The parking was plentiful and free. This is by no means a "fancy resort" but it served the purpose for the price. A good place to stay to access Manchester and surrounding areas. "They overbooked the hotel and gave my sisters room away for her second day. Her room also had water damage over the bed. She was told just to pull the bed out if it started leaking. Our room smelled of mildew when we entered with condensation on the inside of the window. The tv would randomly turn itself off or the channels wouldn’t come on. For breakfast it wasn’t very good either, not having everything it stated it would have. I had to get my own plates and bowls out the cabinet when they ran...

"The breakfast area was well stocked and very clean. Tables were continually being wiped down and food refreshed promptly. Best hotel waffle I've ever had with with extra toppings of caramel sauce and crushed walnuts. "

"We booked 3 hotel rooms. One of them had pubic hair on a towel. Another had a very dirty bathroom wall, dirty lamp shade, dirty carpet. You have to take your trash down to the dumpster, which isn't a huge deal but you're not told at checkout and there's nothing in the rooms, just a small sign by the elevator. The front desk staff was super great and helpful though."
