"Very helpful staff Reasonable price Nice balcony"

"Floors were filthy, we kept finding long black hairs on the floor. We didn’t spend much time in the room, just there to sleep while we enjoyed the lake. We never saw the staff, the office was closed most of the time. We never did find WiFi password. Also, Expedia has the worst customer service!!!"

"Easy access to where we were going"

"Nice to see the river from room. Quiet. Even with traffic from Hwy 20 (across the river). Dated decor. Minimal amenities - slinky towels. Short toilet. Plenty of hot water. Only one small mirror in tight space. Lighting is low and will not make you look good! Good access to town of Winthrop. We’re able to walk in about 10-15 minutes. Don’t try breakfast - it was an odd setup."

"The room was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable had the extra amenities like soap for dishes, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was excellent! Not only cereals, oatmeal, waffles, coffee, and tea, but also hot breakfast with quiche or scrambled eggs and bacon. If in this area again would return to this hotel."
